Dear Praying Friends and Faithful Supporters,

We are so humbled by your faithful giving and prayers to our ministry here in Zambia, Africa. God has continued to bless the ministry here.

The Sunday School building project is now operational! We have installed all of the necessary electrical and ceiling materials over the past month. It has been such a blessing to see God provide for this building and to use it for the ministry. We

have been using it weekly since July.

In the beginning of June, we had a members meeting for all those that were interested in joining the church. In Zambia, when a person visits one time, they automatically believe they are members, which we have worked hard to change at Makeni Bible Baptist Church. We have heavily invested in the membership process. We always have a membership class where we sit down with all the potential candidates and go through the church’s statement of faith. We then sit down with them privately to

hear their testimony. This has always been such a fun part of the process. We had 14 people come for membership and join the church in June which is a huge blessing! Please pray for them as they continue to grow and get involved in the ministry.

In July, we had the opportunity to have my parents and my younger brother and sister visit us here in Zambia. It is always a blessing to have family visit, and we had a great time. My dad got to preach for us in Makeni, and also at missionary Justin Sauder’s church in Kanyama. They were able to see the ministry and how God is blessing. It was also a blessing that they were able to help with the kids, because my wife & I had an unexpected funeral we had to attend with one of our new member’s extended family. It was a really sad situation, but we praise the Lord that the young mother who passed right after childbirth had a clear testimony of salvation.

Also in July, after my parents left, Justin and I took some men from both our churches to a conference and used it as a time of invested discipleship. It was a such a good time together, and we were able to really invest into some young men in

our ministry. We pray that God will use them in His service over the coming years.

As we ended July, my pastor and his wife as well as some young ladies from my home church came and helped us with our ministry here. We will share more of what God has done with their trip in the next letter. We have been very busy, but we are thankful for all that God is doing.

One of the most exciting announcements is that our church here in Zambia is having their first missionary coming to present his work next Sunday. Please be in prayer that the church will be excited about their part in the Great Commission. The giving has been consistent, and we know that we can take this financial responsibility on and are excited to see God move.

Thank you for your prayers for our family. They are all doing well, and the kids have started school. My wife had typhoid but has recovered, and many of you are aware of the accident with our car. Long story short, a mechanic unlawfully drove our car at 2 AM while drunk, rolled the car a few times smashing it into a telephone pole totaling the car, and killed his wife who was the passenger. Because of the lack of a good justice system in Zambia, the mechanic is still free and clear and was never arrested. God was in control of the situation, and we have seen His hand of blessing as many of you donated toward the purchase of a new car. We are so grateful for this, and we know God blesses richly those who give to others in time of need.

May God be glorified.

Serving together with you, Caleb, Abby, Rosalie, Oliver, Henry, and Isabelle Robinson
