Oct/Nov 2020 Prayer Letter

Dear Praying Friends,

I hope this letter finds all of our praying partners well. It is hard to believe that we are coming to the close of 2020 already, and that Christmas is almost here. Although it has been a tumultuous year for everyone, we are happy to see God’s hand of provision for us in every aspect of our lives. God has been providing us many meetings for next year, and we are so thankful to see our calendar starting to fill out. We are also so excited to say that we are at forty percent of our needed support right now, and we have several financial partners that have committed to start supporting us over the next few months. We are excited to see where our budget will be next year.

In my last prayer letter, I said that I was going to be making a trip to Africa, but that trip has been canceled, because the airline I was using wouldn’t fly to the United States at this time. I am currently trying to reschedule the trip for the latter part of January, Lord willing, using a different airline. I really would like to get over there and see Zambia again. I am ready to be over there serving in Zambia and just reaching the people there with the gospel as well as training and discipling believers. If anything, this tumultuous year has just made me more conscious of the fact that time is short, and I just want to do what I can before the Lord returns. All these things that go on around us shouldn’t alarm us though, but rather excite us to see what God is doing. I believe there is something great planned for the future ,and even if this world turns upside down, we have the Blessed Hope to look forward to. Just as Paul encouraged the saints in the book of Thessalonians, we can be encouraged today in the same truths. Isn’t it amazing to see that the Scripture never changes, and those same truths can be held onto today. Praise the Lord that God never changes.

I hope that we can just have a time of being truly thankful this Thanksgiving time. I am thankful for a beautiful wife that is excited to serve God and is a real blessing and helpmeet to me. I am thankful for my healthy children. I am thankful that even though my family contracted COVID this last month, that we have all emerged healthy with minimal issues. God is good all the time.

I also would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Let us reflect on God this season, and not the surroundings.

Thanking the Lord for your love and support,

Caleb, Abby, Rosalie, and Oliver Robinson
